Course Description

This course instructs students in reading and understanding industrial prints. This course covers basic drafting and print standards, fundamentals of shape description, fundamentals of size description and annotation, industrial drawing types, and specialized parts and prints.  Symbol interpretation, tolerancing and dimensioning standards are also covered.

Course Description

This course oncentrates on the high-end capabilities of Adobe Photoshop as an illustration, design and photo retouching tool. Students explore a wide range of selection and manipulation techniques that can be applied to photos, graphics and videos. Course competencies and outline follow those set out by the Adobe Certified Associate exam in Visual Communication Using Adobe Photoshop.

Colorado Wildlife

Course Description

This course will allow students to study the wildlife and management of wildlife in Colorado. They will explore the vast natural environments of Colorado animals.  Field activities to various locations are included to enhance the students' understanding of Colorado native birds, insects, reptiles, amphibians, mammals and fish.
