hemerson@psdschools.org

I have served in education for nearly twenty-five years with experience teaching at the middle school and high school levels. I became engaged in the world of technology when I taught middle school computer science and worked on PSD's educational technology team providing professional development to teachers.

This year I am in charge of the Networking and Cybersecurity Pathway and run Young Women in Leadership (YWL). You can learn more about YWL by visiting our website: bit.ly/ywlpsd. I will also be teaching Intro to PC Apps.

Outside of work, I enjoy making things, traveling, photography, hiking, and playing with my rescue dogs. I have two sons and a daughter attending college.

We are proud to partner with Aims Community College as a concurrent enrollment pathway. For fall, our students can access the curriculum through Cisco's Netacademy in Canvas. In the spring, students will access the curriculum through Aims using D2L.
